Our Story

For years, I ran a marketing agency. Good clients, solid results, steady growth. But I kept noticing something that bothered me. Business owners would come to me wanting more customers. More traffic. More leads. More sales.

And when I dug into their numbers, I’d find something surprising: they didn’t need more customers. They needed to stop leaving money on the table with the customers they already had.

Underpriced services. Leads falling through the cracks. Profitable work they were turning away because they couldn’t handle the volume. Systems that existed only in their heads. I’d point this out, but most marketing agencies don’t fix those problems. They just run more ads.

That didn’t sit right with me. So I made a choice. I stopped being a marketing agency. I became a Profit Advisor.

My background isn't traditional for someone in business consulting.

I spent years in healthcare as a nurse. My wife Andrea is a chiropractor here in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Between the two of us, we’ve seen this pattern play out hundreds of times:

A Little About Me (The Human Parts)

I live in Grand Ledge, Michigan with my wife Andrea and our two kids, Luke and Scarlett. When I’m not coaching business owners, you’ll usually find me at one of Luke’s football games or Scarlett’s dance performances. Andrea and I made a commitment early on: we wouldn’t let our businesses steal the moments that matter.

Some weeks I nail it. Some weeks I don’t. But that’s the goal.
